Here is a fun and quick project using the CTMH Artiste Cricut Cartridge.
Its the birthday hat !!!
I cut it from Black cardstock and then took the Star shaped cut out pieces and covered them with Prisma glitter. I then added fishing line to them and hung them from the inside of the hat so you could see them through the holes.
The cobweb boarder is also found on the cartridge - cut from Smokey Plum cardstock and then ink distressed with the matching ink.
I added the Skull brads from the Moonlight accessories. the Happy Halloween disc is from the Dimensional Elements.
I added a battery powered candle and the light shone through the star holes.
