Tudor Memories
This was a cute mini album made from 2 canvases which I wrapped in the Paper garden Level 2 paper and then made pockets for tags. It features photos from the Renaissance Fair that comes to Michigan every September - we have a blast there :O)

3 Cards from Wishes
Here are 3 cards I made using the same pattern from the CTMH Wishes card program book. They all feature the Top Band patters and I rotated the card through 90 degrees t get a different look.
The top card would be perfect for a boys birthday or a congratulations card. I pierced the honey colored cardstock with my piercing tool to give a faux stitched look.
The pink baby girl card needs no explaining LOL - I did cut the flowers in half before I added them under and inside the foundry tab and the mini sparkles added bling to the scalloped edge.
The You and me card would be great for a wedding or engagement or anniversary card. I used gold embossing powder on the Spring mini medley triangular metal accents and also embossed the heart before using 3D foam squares to give it some height from the flower. Yes I stamped on the flower too :O)
Hope you like them x

Here are 2 more projects I am doing this month with my groups. The left hand card is a baby card which features dry embossing which I have sanded using the CTMH sanding block. Although it is difficult to see there is prisma glitter on the icing on the cupcake :O)
The tag on the right hand side would make a fun bookmark for teachers on the 1st day of school or as an oversized tag for a present.

What a fun stamp set - I just love the August Stamp of the month - this 'party time' card is one of the projects I am teaching this month. I love the tri fold aspect of it - fun and just perfect for celebrating :O)
The other photos give you more ideas of cards made with this great stamp set. I have to thank Kimberly Simmons and Sarah Paige-Gruber for 2 of the card ideas - thank you my friends :O) The rest of the ideas are all mine - hope you like them :O)

Japanese inspired layout
I wanted to make a layout with a strong Japanese feel to it - to honor all of my Japanese customers and friends.
I made the 'Shoji' screens with vellum which I had stamped with colonial white ink and then made the 'bamboo' from bamboo colored cardstock which I then textured using a toothbrush dipped into desert sand ink. This was then cut into 3/8ths inch wide strips which I then used to build the frame and the decoration.
The center of the page is meant to represent the sky through the open screens and the cherry tree and blossoms fountain down the page. The center of the flowers was made from dimensional elements wrapped in sassy strands. Yujo is Japanese for Friendship. I found an online pattern for the origami Kimono. I just love the way it turned out and hope you like it too :O)

Leadership Conference 2009 - LongBeach, California :O)
Well I am home again after a whirlwind 6 days of friends, fun, new product training, gifts, giggles & cocktails !
What an amazing time seeing my friends get recognized for their personal & team achievements.
What fun playing with products not yet released & and learning about upcoming additions to our fabulous business AND how excited am I to be awarded #2 in the company for top personal sales for the year. I thought I was going to pass out as they worked further and further up the list and my name still hadn't been called.
We have laughed and relaxed and learned and played :O)
We have cemented old friendships, made new friendships, learned our stengths and weaknesses and had fun while doing it.
I CAN'T wait for Convention next year to do it all again :O)
