Georgie WOTG - Baby Scrapbook Layout

I don't think it gets any cuter than this xx An adorable Baby layout using the 

Georgie Workshop on the Go and its matching compliments.

I used the White Daisy Pigment ink to distress the cardstock to soften the bright yellow 

and give it a more Shabby Chic look.

I used the CTMH Edge Distresser on the edges of the Juniper Cardstock so 

that it - again- had that Shabby Chic style.

Lots of 3D foam tape under the embellishments and White Shimmer Trim 

adds a little sparkle and shine.

This would be a perfect layout for a little girl or a little boy.

Welcome Baby Explosion Card

 A friend of my daughter is expecting a baby girl in a couple of weeks so I made this adorable owl card for her baby shower.

Okay at this point I have to fess up that I was still hoarding some of the old style background and texture papers and this stripe design is one of them - in Hollyhock.

I added Sweetleaf, Desert Sand and Blush card stock to it and made the card base from a sheet of 12x12 Colonial White 

The cute owl was cut using the CTMH Cricut Artiste cartridge using the 'Eek" key.

I also used D1561 B is for Baby stamp set.

She was thrilled with it and I hope you like it too :O)

Too cute !! Baby card

Is this the cutest giraffe EVER !!!

I love this card - that's all..

No seriously I do - I used the vine border to create a tree in the top corner after I had used the spray pen to give a hint of color to the background.

I stamped the Giraffe in Chocolate ink - colored in his spots with the honey watercolor pencil and the liquid glassed him all over :O)

Burlap ribbon, neutral bakers twine and a selection of  stamps from the Washi Wonder set (this is another must have set) along with a scrap of paper from the Babycakes paper pack and this card was good to go.

Mason's baby shower card.

Oh this monkey melts my heart - Yes I KNOW !!! This is a very retired set from many years ago but that is such a stinkin' cute monkey I had to keep him :O)

And he was just perfect for a Baby Shower card which I made for my friend Jen whose little boy Mason is due in 5 weeks.

I used Sky cardstock for the base and cut a piece 4.25 x 3" and dry embossed and then heavily ink distressed in Sky Exclusive ink.

I used the Congratulations stamp - inked in Sky ink -  and added an antique copper brad next to the words New Baby.

I stamped the money and the word Mason in Chocolate ink then used the waterbrush and chocolate and desert sand ink to color in the monkey's face and his fingers. I used the Blush (light) exclusive Ink Marker for his ears and mouth.

Brown sparkles for his eyes and in the middle of some pale blue buttons and to accent his name and then liquid glass for his eyes and over the letters of his name for some glossy accents and a piece of wide pale blue shimmery ribbon finished it off :O)
