October Stamp of the month - Share The Magic

So finally - here are my samples of the October stamp of the month. What a cute set - these 1st 2 tags above  were copied unashamedly from Melissa Laverty's blog - they were so stinkin cute I couldn't resist. I love the fact that this set has 'To' and 'From'.
These 2 3x3 tag cards were fun to make - the snowman has Prisma glitter 'snow' and the new light blue Sparkles for buttons. The reindeer - who has the cutest knees I have ever seen - has a liquid glass nose and prisma glitter on the tree lights above his head.
On the Santa gate fold card - I went nuts with my sparkly heat embossing again - I added prisma glitter to clear and embossed the candy canes, prisma glitter to silver for his belt buckle, prisma glitter to white for the cuffs and hat and then used liquid applique for his beard. I sliced through the top of the sack and tucked the teddy bear in. I used the Creative Basics Misteltoe paper - pg88 of the new Winter idea book.
This round card is a birthday card - the present stamp can be used for any occasion - not just Christmas - so I used markers and then paper pieced the ribbon - the paper is from the Perfect Day level 2 kit - my all time favorite - as you know LOL. A tulip button finished it off.The pattern is from Wishes - pg 127 - Side Note.
When I saw the teddy bear stamp I knew it would be absolutely perfect for baby cards so I made these 2 cute tags - using the Topstitch paper and pale pink and pale blue sparkles.White embroidery floss was stitched down the edges.
Hope you like them :O)

My Little Monsters - Extravaganza artwork.

This has to be one of the most cute things I have done. Mind you I am totally biased about these photos being cute :O) I started with the My Creations cube and used the level 2 Topstitch paper pack and stickease. I added the new large felt Hooligan to the top of the box and colored in a Dimensional element 'M' with the chocolate marker before adding prisma glitter over the top. Chocolate dot ribbon held everything in place.
I added the two small felt Hooligans - love those googley eyes on them. I used the corner rounder to make the scalloped edges and put a tiny pearl Opaque in each curve.
The clear buttons had prisma glitter added to the back of them and had chocolate embroidery floss threaded through them - the larger chocolate buttons were threaded with more of the ribbon.
On the stickease I added the tiny pearl colored Opaques and ran a line of liquid glass which I sprinkled with prisma glitter. This makes the Prisma glitter more 3D.
I used a clear acrylic tag in the bottom right hand corner - added prisma glitter to the back of it with liquid glass and attached more Opaques to the from of the tag. A tiny chocolate dot ribbon bow finished it off.
I was absolutely thrilled with the way that this turned out - hope you like it too :O)

I love the dimensional element closure on this

This is such a cute mini album - thank you once again Nancy :O)

I am loving this double layout - just perfect for spring. It features the March SOTM and also the new Cocktail alphabet - which matches it perfectly. I also used the cute stamp set C1349 - Ambience along with the Topstich Level 2 paper pack.
SO how would YOU like to have this layout - all you need to do is to post a comment here on my blog and I will enter your name into a drawing for it. If you win it I will mail it to you :O)
Hope you like it :O)

Topstich Workshop to Go

Here are the contects of the Topstich basic kit.

And these are the upgrades - the Dinensional Element hearts, basic embroidery floss and sparkles :O)

The cards on the left are made with the basic kit and the cards on the right add the upgrades

Again the basic cards are on the left and the upgrades on the right. I have to say that this kit is so cute.
The paper is so fun and I love the accompanying stamp set. A set which can be used all year long.
Hope you like it too :O)
